  • Jabberwock beach is on the northern side of Antigua and whilst not the most beautiful stretch of beach on the island, it still has its appeal. The beach is fairly long and has some strong breezes, which makes it ideal for sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing, for which it is particularly well known, with world-class action to be seen on many days. The waters can be a little rough compared to the tranquil beaches on the South and West of the island, but nothing that would stop you from swimming or walking along the beach. You can walk out fairly far in the water, as the slope is gradual. If you are up early enough you will meet the people out with their dogs or just taking an early morning walk.
